Private beta · Consequence mapping

See the consequences
before you commit.

Before capital moves. Before contracts are signed. Before reversal becomes expensive.

Capital Firewall maps the risk paths, hidden assumptions, reversal limits, and second-order effects behind high-stakes decisions — before you act.

Private beta. No generic advice. No inflated benchmarks. Built for serious decisions.

CONSEQUENCE MAP
Low exposure Medium exposure High exposure Illustrative only

Most bad outcomes were visible before they became expensive.

Decisions rarely fail because people are careless. They fail because consequences are scattered across assumptions, dependencies, incentives, timing, and reversibility. Capital Firewall makes that structure visible before commitment.

Hidden assumptions

The decision depends on things nobody has explicitly named. They look like facts. They are not.

Delayed consequences

The damage appears after the commitment is already locked. By then, reversal is no longer clean.

Expensive reversal

The real cost is not the decision. It is undoing it. Reversal is rarely modeled before commitment.

WHAT CAPITAL FIREWALL DOES

A structured consequence map. Not another chatbot.

Capital Firewall does not give advice. It maps what a decision exposes — structurally, evidentially, and temporally — so decision-makers can see what they are committing to.

01

Register the decision

Describe the decision, context, constraints, and known assumptions. The system registers what you know and what you have not named.

02

Map consequences

The system exposes direct, indirect, and second-order consequence paths — including paths non-obvious from the decision framing alone.

03

Stress-test assumptions

Key assumptions are tested against downside scenarios and failure paths. The system identifies which assumptions carry the highest structural risk.

04

Show decision conditions

You receive reversal points, risk drivers, missing information, and conditions that would change the analysis. No decision is made for you.

Uses: maps · exposes · structures · shows conditions

Does not use: recommends · predicts · decides for you

EXAMPLE OUTPUT

What an analysis returns

This is an illustrative example. Real analyses depend on the decision context you provide. Outputs map consequence chains and conditions — not recommendations.

ANALYSIS VERDICT
CONDITIONS REQUIRED

This decision is conditionally viable. Three structural conditions must be met before commitment is defensible.

PRIMARY RISK EXPOSURE

Reversal cost exceeds 40% of committed capital if the primary assumption fails within 90 days of execution.

REVERSAL CONDITION

The decision is reversible only before counterparty commitment. Post-signature reversal requires renegotiation under adverse conditions.

MISSING INFORMATION

Counterparty financial runway not confirmed. Timeline dependency assumes an external milestone outside decision-maker control.

EXAMPLE ONLY Real analyses are generated from the context you submit. Capital Firewall does not provide financial advice.
WHERE IT APPLIES

Built for decisions where being wrong is expensive.

Capital Firewall is designed for decisions where reversal is costly, consequences are delayed, or assumptions carry structural risk.

Hiring a key executive
Compensation lock-in, cultural drag, delayed performance visibility
Entering a new market
Regulatory exposure, distribution dependency, resource diversion from core
Raising or deploying capital
Dilution terms, covenant risk, use-of-funds assumptions not stress-tested
Signing a major contract
Exclusivity clauses, performance obligations, exit conditions not modeled
Cutting burn
Revenue-generating functions removed, recovery timeline underestimated
Changing pricing
Churn threshold crossed, positioning damage, competitive response triggered
Launching a product
Market timing assumptions, cannibalisation risk, operational readiness gap
Taking on debt
Service coverage under downside, covenant restrictions, refinancing risk at maturity
Strategic pivot
Existing customer disruption, team alignment cost, reputational signal to market
Vendor lock-in decision
Migration cost under adverse conditions, dependency concentration, leverage loss
WHY THIS IS DIFFERENT

Not another AI answer box.

Most AI tools generate answers. Capital Firewall registers structure. The difference determines whether you leave with clarity or false confidence.

Generic AI tools
  • Generate advice with projected confidence
  • Sound certain about things they cannot verify
  • Miss hidden assumptions entirely
  • No audit trail for the decision process
  • No reversibility analysis
  • Cannot separate facts from assumptions
Capital Firewall
  • Registers decision structure — not advice
  • Maps consequence chains from your context
  • Explicitly surfaces hidden assumptions
  • Produces an auditable decision memo
  • Models reversal cost and conditions
  • Separates confirmed facts from unverified claims
CURRENTLY IN PRIVATE BETA

No inflated claims.

Capital Firewall is being tested across synthetic, historical, and user-submitted decision scenarios. Real-world usage metrics will be published only when enough real decisions have been processed with sufficient fidelity to report honestly.

This is a serious tool for serious decisions. It will not fake its own track record.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE

A decision memo. Not a chatbot response.

Every analysis produces a structured document that can be reviewed, shared, and referenced after the decision is made. Not a conversation. A record.

DECISION MEMO INCLUDES
Confirmed facts
Named assumptions
Unknown dependencies
Consequence chains
Failure modes
Reversal conditions
Decision-sensitive thresholds
Audit trail

Run a private analysis on a real decision. The full memo is delivered as a structured PDF.

10 FOUNDER
Heorhii Hohilauri, founder of Capital Firewall

Built from the cost of real decisions.

Heorhii Hohilauri

Founder, Capital Firewall

Capital Firewall was created from a simple observation: the expensive part of a decision is often not the decision itself, but the consequences nobody mapped before commitment. The damage is visible in hindsight. The purpose of this system is to make it visible before.

11 FAQ
01Is Capital Firewall financial advice?
No. Capital Firewall does not make the decision for you and does not recommend courses of action. It structures consequences, assumptions, risks, and reversal conditions so the decision-maker can see what is at stake before committing.
02Does it predict the future?
No. It maps possible consequence paths based on the information provided. A consequence map is not a forecast. It shows structural exposure and assumption dependencies — not what will happen.
03Who is it for?
Operators, founders, investors, and teams making decisions where reversal is costly, consequences are delayed, or assumptions carry structural risk. It is not designed for low-stakes or easily reversible decisions.
04Why private beta?
Because the system is being tested carefully with real decision submissions before broad release. Real-world decision metrics will be published only when enough real usage exists to report honestly. We will not publish inflated numbers.
05What do I get?
A structured analysis preview immediately, and depending on access level, a full decision memo as a PDF. The memo includes: confirmed facts, named assumptions, unknown dependencies, consequence chains, failure modes, reversal conditions, and an audit trail.
06Is my decision data private?
Yes. Decision context submitted to Capital Firewall is processed to generate your analysis and is not shared or used to train public models. Private beta participants are covered under a standard data handling agreement.
